To find the factors of 58, you need to write down the first two factors. Those are 1 and itself, so 1 and 58. Then see if the number is an even number. Fifty-eight is an even number, so 2 is a factor as well as its factor partner. What number multiplied by 2 equals to 58? This number is 29.
