On the top right corner, click on the icon with the picture and click on My Profile. You will be able to change your email address under the Update Profile section.

How do I create an account?
In order to create an account, click on the JOIN FOR FREE button located on the top right corner. You can either register with a valid email address or sign up via Facebook or Google account.
