This two-page worksheet would be a perfect assessment or daily grade! On the first page, there are thirteen shapes and ten definitions. Students match the shape (or shapes) defined by the descriptors. The second page is all about lines of symmetry. Students draw them and tell how many each shape has. There are five questions on the second page.
