1st Grade Math: Frogyogi Practice Workbook

Great book for self-studyMy daughter is only 4, so we are just starting our math. You know kids are not able to concentrate for more than 5-6 minutes. This book allows switching between different activities: math, drawing, yoga. Every time she is losing focus we are starting to do something else and then getting back to exercises. Another advantage is that it is not colored inside, so the kid is not overloaded with visuals and can concentrate on the math problem. Only good vibes so far. I'd recommend this book for beginners.

Good content...but advanced for the summer b/t kindergarten and 1st gradeMy daughter just finished kindergarten and is starting 1st grade in the Fall. I wanted something to keep her stimulated this summer. I like the book so far, but it definitely requires some handholding and prep and review before each lesson.

Super funWe will be using this workbook for our new home school year and my daughter had ask to start early. The math is simple and straightforward but my daughter is in love with the yoga. I love how yoga is incorporated into the program and changes the pace of things. Can’t wait to get really into and using it full time in Aug.

Very engaging with the Yoga FrogWhat a wonderful book/ workbook for a small child to start building math skills! My daughter loves the yoga frog, and we both love clear, simple explanations of math rules. I also like that some problems intentionally give a wrong answer so a child has to figure out what and why it's wrong. My daughter feels like a winner every time she gets to the root of it! Highly recommend the book!
